Earned, Not Granted
The Mont Lux Leadership Certification is earned through verified participation, written reflection, and formal assessment, not attendance alone. Participants must actively engage in learning sessions, complete required reflections tied to content, and demonstrate leadership judgment through assessment to receive the credential.

What it Takes
Earning certification requires five hours of facilitated learning and one hour of structured assessment. Participants complete written reflections following sessions attended and pass a hybrid evaluation that combines a short knowledge check with scenario-based leadership decision-making.

Focused on the Climb
This certification emphasizes depth as each session builds toward assessment, reinforcing leadership judgment through applied discussion, reflection, and evaluation. Progress is intentional and measured, ensuring learning translates into demonstrated understanding aligned to professional standards.
