Claude Silver

Claude Silver is the author of Be Yourself At Work, a groundbreaking guide to showing up authentically, standing out meaningfully, and leading from the heart. Silver has worked with large corporate organizations like E&Y, Google, Meta, SAP, Viacom, the United Way, Nickleodeon, BCG, and the Ad Council.

She is on a mission to spark optimism, ignite bravery, and reimagine leadership and culture for a more human world of work.

Claude began her adult life as a self-proclaimed “late bloomer,” first seeking a sense of purpose at the age of nineteen on a 93-day Outward Bound Wilderness Leadership Program.

She founded (and later sold) an outdoor adventure and surfing school, spent years training in transpersonal psychology, positive psychology, and the study of Buddhist and other spiritual traditions. Later, she rose to prominence in corporate advertising as a creative brand strategist, including roles at JWT London, JWT San Francisco, Publicis London, and other agencies.

Her approach is grounded in decades of experience building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and turning emotional intelligence into a force that drives connection, collaboration, and impact across entire organizations.
