Toni Lavery is the founder of Fox Force, a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering women through confidence, capability, and purpose. A U.S. Army Sergeant Major with 25 years of service in Special Operations, Toni brings unparalleled experience in leadership, human dynamics, and operating in high-risk environments where trust and decisiveness are essential.

Fox Force was born from Toni and her Fox Force teammates’ firsthand experience serving alongside extraordinary women—both in uniform and beyond—who possessed resilience, intelligence, and strength, yet lacked access, advocacy, or a clear path forward after challenging life transitions or trauma. The organization leverages the leadership and lived experiences of women veterans, law enforcement and first responders to equip women of all backgrounds with practical tools in situational awareness, self-defense, leadership, and mentorship to help them hone their agency and build sustainable futures.
