Shelley is a Certified Professional Culture Curator, Talent Optimization Advisor, Business Consulting, and is an expert on everything related to Workplace Culture, from strategy to implementation, executive coaching, and training and development.

She has more than 15 years experience in a family owned business, 14 years with Marriott International (11 years as hotel franchise COO), and more than15 years as owner of her own consulting practice, Premier Rapport.

Shelley is a best-selling author of 5 books such as How to Avoid Culture Big Fat Failures and Brass Ovaries Own Yours, the Virginia State speaker for SHRM, HR Tampa, and numerous other conferences as well as receiving the 2019 Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and being named 2017 Leading Ladies Inside Business.

She has developed various effective methodologies and culture measurement systems that are driven my metrics like ROI, including:  A.C.C. System, Anatomy of Workplace Culture (AoWC), Employee Empathy Mapping (EEM), and I.M.P.A.C.T. leadership.
